New Albany ROots…

Gavin Dozier, our founder, was raised and spent the most memorable moments of his childhood and adolescence in New Albany, Ohio. Gavin attended The Columbus Academy, and spent his summer days at the New Albany Country Club. Gavin actually landed his first job at NACC catering where he served in the Men’s Grill and caterer.

New Albany is a caring and giving community very devoted to improving the wellbeing of the residents of New Albany, and to those in need throughout the world.

Based in New Albany, Non-Profit Empowering the Next is spreading the message of well-being in rural Guatemala through investing into at-risk youth in education, english, sports, community(village) development, and in medicine.

Empowering the Next maintains very strong ties with New Albany through not only family, but friends and supporters. One example of our close ties to New Albany is our close affiliation and collaboration with Team Hope In Motion.

Team Hope In Motion is founded and directed by two of the New Albany Community’s most notable and world renown orthopedic surgeons. We are thankful to be closely affiliated with improving the well being of those in medical need in Guatemala through Team Hope In Motion.

It is through our close ties and strong roots with the New Albany Community that we are able to share and improve the wellbeing and empower others at-risk and in need in Guatemala.
